This is the Official Match Ball of the UEFA Women's Euro 2022 Competition. The ball itself contains Nike Aerowsculpt technology, which is a patented deboss design that gives it a 30% more consistent flight path. 

The 12 pods in the graphic represent a full team: the 11 players + the manager. 

The pods are 100% connected across the entire ball, which represents the team’s unified vision and how “the whole is greater than the sum of its parts.” 
Meaning a unified team is stronger than it's 11 players individually.

The metallic silver outline on every pod represents the Women’s Euro Trophy and how each player contributes their own part to winning it.
